The Hormone Code is not about quick fixes, it’s a 6-week in-studio journey where you’ll be guided through Kundalini meditations designed to gently nourish hormonal balance and support your nervous system.

In Kundalini Yoga we say the glands are the guardians of the body and they release the hormones that shape how you feel every single day, your sleep, your mood, your energy and your clarity.
