My Story…

Hi, I’m Sam.
My journey into this work began when I found myself standing at a crossroads, leaving behind a former career to return home, reconnect with my family, and rediscover what truly matters. It was through the sacred practice of Kundalini Yoga that I began to rebuild from the inside out, anchoring myself in presence, intention, and a deeper sense of self.

What unfolded was a quiet transformation, one rooted in daily ritual, self-devotion, and a growing reverence for life. I came to understand that the clarity, love, and strength I was seeking had always lived within me.

Becoming a teacher felt like a natural next step. Today, I guide others to move through their own life passages with courage, grace, and authenticity, offering practices that ground, uplift, and awaken the radiance that’s already there, waiting to be remembered.
