About

STUDIO AVASA

Studio Avasa is a place to explore the extraordinary potential of the human system through the teachings and technologies of Kundalini Yoga.

More than a yoga practice, it is an invitation to strengthen the internal foundations that shape how we think, perceive, respond, create, and participate in life. Through movement, breath practice, meditation, reflection, and conscious daily practices, the work supports a healthier nervous system, greater resilience, deeper self-awareness, and the capacity to meet each season of life with intention.

At the heart of Studio Avasa is the belief that lasting change is rarely dramatic. It is built through small, consistent practices that strengthen our capacity over time. This is not about escaping life or seeking quick fixes. It is about learning to work with the remarkable technologies of the human system so that we can live, lead, and create with greater awareness, vitality, and purpose.

Supporting women to build the internal capacity to thrive through every season of life.

I work at the intersection of the human system, nervous system nourishment, Kundalini Yoga, meditation, capacity building, and conscious living. I support women in building the internal capacity to thrive through every season of life.

Drawing on the technologies of the human system, including Kundalini Yoga and meditation, I help women strengthen the foundations that support resilience, discernment, vitality, and sustainable growth. My work integrates practical tools for everyday life, including breath practice, movement, meditation, restorative routines, reflective inquiry, and practices that nourish the nervous system, helping women meet the demands of modern life without constant depletion or burnout.

My approach is grounded, practical, and centred on the belief that lasting change begins by strengthening the internal systems that shape how we think, perceive, respond, create, and participate in life. Rather than offering quick fixes, I help women cultivate the capacity to lead themselves with greater awareness, intention, and steadiness.

I believe the human system is one of our greatest technologies. When we learn how to work with it consciously, we don't simply become better at managing life. We develop the capacity to participate in it more fully, creating lives that are sustainable, meaningful, and deeply our own.
