RISE & RENEW
Rise & Renew is a morning Kundalini Yoga class that helps you wake your body, regulate your nervous system, and clear your mind before the day begins. With breathwork, gentle movement, and mantra, this class supports focus, steadiness, and a grounded start to your day.
REST & RESTORE
Rest & Restore is a Monday evening Kundalini Yoga class focused on calming the nervous system, releasing stress, and supporting deeper rest. Through breathwork, gentle movement, and mantra, this class helps you feel settled, nourished, and restored for the week ahead.
RECALIBRATION
Recalibration is a weekly invitation to pause the automatic patterns you’ve been living inside, soften the bracing the body has learned to hold, and come back into conscious participation with your life. Through grounded Kundalini Yoga practices, breath, meditation, journaling, and intention, this class supports you to unwind stress patterns, regulate the nervous system, and return to a steadier internal state. The journaling element helps you integrate what you experience, make sense of what’s shifting, and translate the practice into real life, gently, intelligently, and without pressure.
THE BREATH CLASS
The Breath Class is about coming back to the basics of breathing and reconnecting with the breath as a quiet, reliable source of strength and support. This weekly class focuses on awareness, functional breathing, and how the breath works with the nervous system, including the vagus nerve, influencing energy, sleep, mood, hormonal balance, and overall capacity.
Each class is a practical space to build a personal toolkit of breath practices you can use in everyday life to meet stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and periods of change with more steadiness and ease.
CALM & STEADY
Calm & Steady is a weekly class devoted to building nervous system capacity. Through carefully sequenced breath, movement, stillness and reflection, we work just beyond the familiar, allowing the system to adapt, strengthen and become more available for life. This is not about pushing, but about gently expanding what you can hold, so steadiness becomes something you carry with you, not just something you visit.
