REST & RESTORE
Rest and Restore is a Monday night class designed to gently carry you into the week with more steadiness, presence, and calm through the nurturing elements of Kundalini Yoga: breathwork, mantra, and gentle movement. It’s an intentional pause to soothe the nervous system, support deep restoration, promote restful sleep, and prepare for the week ahead feeling grounded, nourished, and centred.
RISE & RENEW
Rise & Renew is a morning class designed to gently awaken your energy, centre your mind, and set the tone for your day. Through the powerful practices of Kundalini Yoga: breathwork, gentle movement, and mantra, we activate the glandular system, clear the mind for focused intention, and reset the nervous system, so you begin your day clear, grounded, and renewed from within.
MEDITATION
Weekly Meditation at Studio Avasa is a grounded space to step out of the noise and return to yourself. Each session combines breathwork, mantra, and focused meditation, practical tools drawn from Kundalini Yoga to calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and build inner steadiness. This class isn’t about escaping life, it’s about cultivating the clarity and composure to meet it as it is, with more ease, focus, and calm. A simple pause in your week to clear mental clutter and reconnect with what matters. Come as you are and leave clearer, calmer, and better resourced for daily life.
CALM & STEADY
Calm and Steady is a weekly class for women seeking real nervous system strengthening and nourishment in a world that asks us to hold so much. Through intentional breathwork, movement, stillness, and guided reflection, we soften the survival patterns that keep us bracing, pushing, or disconnected. Each session includes time to pause, reconnect with your inner knowing, and share in gentle community, because healing is amplified when we don’t do it alone.
