THE MORNING CLASS
The Morning Class is a guided Kundalini Yoga practice incorporating kriya, breath practice, and meditation.
Each session draws on the technology of Kundalini Yoga, specific, time-tested sequences that work with the nervous system and glandular system. The structure of the practice supports the body and mind to settle and orient into the day.
With consistent practice, focus strengthens, resilience grows, and a stronger internal foundation develops.

THE EVENING CLASS
The Evening Class is a guided Kundalini Yoga practice incorporating kriya, breath practice, and meditation.
Each session draws on the technology of Kundalini Yoga, specific, time-tested sequences that work with the nervous system and glandular system. The structure of the practice supports the body and mind to unwind, regulate, and complete the day.
With consistent practice, tension softens, mental activity settles, and the system learns to shift more easily into rest.
