About the Workshop

This 2.5-hour workshop is designed to give you simple, easy-to-implement practices to build your capacity, manage pressure, and avoid burnout — while improving your day-to-day experience of life.

You don’t need more scattered input or another thing to try.
What makes the difference is having something you can actually apply.

This workshop brings that together — guidance, simple practices, and the space to turn them into something that works for you.

The Workshopping Element

This is not just a workshop where you listen and leave.

There is a guided workshopping component built into the session.

You’ll be supported to design your own daily rhythm — a simple, usable structure that fits your life, your work, and your current capacity.

You won’t be left to figure it out on your own.
You’ll be guided through the process so you leave with something clear and realistic you can actually follow.

What You’ll Explore

  • ways to transition out of your workday without carrying it forward

  • how to create space to properly switch off in the evening

You’ll also gain a practical understanding of how your Nervous System — or what I refer to as your capacity system — responds to your day, and how to work with it rather than against it.
