For tired nerves and bodies that haven’t exhaled in a while.
A spacious body allows for a spacious mind. When the nervous system has been carrying tension for a long time, the body tightens and the mind follows, thoughts speed up, decisions feel heavier, and even rest can feel out of reach. Often this happens when we’ve been living mostly in our heads while the body stays braced beneath us.
This afternoon is designed to gently loosen that pattern.
Over three hours, we’ll move through accessible Kundalini Yoga, steady breath practices, meditation, and extended rest. The session draws on the somatic foundations of Kundalini Yoga, working through sensation and breath so the nervous system can settle from the inside out. The pace is unhurried and supportive, allowing the body to soften gradually without being pushed. As the body unwinds, the mind has room to settle.
There will be tea and time at the end so no one needs to rush away.
