Through gentle guided practice and practical insight, we’ll bring awareness to how stress is being carried, and what becomes possible when the system is supported intentionally.

The Morning Flow
9:30am – Arrival
Arrive and settle into the Studio Avasa space.
Gentle Guided Practice
We begin with a 40-minute Kundalini Yoga session and relaxation designed to gently release accumulated stress, deepen the breath, and nourish the nervous system.
No prior experience required.
Nourishing Break
Fresh juice and healthy snacks provided.
Health & Stress Physiology
An exploration of how chronic stress impacts hormones, metabolism, and mental wellbeing, and what supports long-term resilience in high-demand industries.
Leadership & Internal Capacity
A conversation around nervous system strength, emotional boundaries with clients, and sustaining energy in business without depletion.

Sarah is a degree-qualified Naturopath with clinical experience in women’s hormonal health, metabolic resilience, stress physiology, and mental wellbeing.
Her work focuses on identifying root causes rather than simply managing symptoms, supporting sustainable energy, balanced hormones, and long-term vitality.
For salon owners operating in high-pressure environments, Sarah will offer insight into how chronic stress impacts the body, and practical strategies to support resilience from a physiological perspective.
