Nourish & Sustain brings together nervous system support, movement, meditation, breath practices, and grounded physiological education to support more sustainable ways of working.

Created for teams, workplaces, business owners, and individuals navigating the ongoing demands of modern work, this program offers practical tools to better work with stress, overwhelm, fatigue, pressure, and the pace of everyday life.

Rather than offering short-term relief or surface-level wellness, Nourish & Sustain focuses on helping people build greater awareness, practical support strategies, and sustainable practices that can be integrated into real life over time.

The program is facilitated by Sam Thackray of Studio Avasa alongside an experienced naturopath, combining nervous system support with practical education around hormones, physiology, stress, and overall wellbeing.

Sessions are held at Studio Avasa, a quiet and thoughtfully designed space created to support restoration, reflection, and more sustainable ways of operating.
