This December we’ll practice the Kriya for Awakening the 10 Bodies, a complete sequence that supports balance, clarity, and inner strength. With its built-in meditation, this practice helps cultivate confidence, and a grounded sense of radiance as we move into the new year.

This December we’ll practice a Kriya to Open the Heart Centre, supporting emotional expansion, breath flow, and a sense of openness through the upper body. We’ll pair it with a Meditation to Deliver Contentment, helping regulate thought patterns, soften internal resistance, and cultivate a grounded sense of ease from within.

This December we’ll work with a breath practice to support the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body shift into a calmer, restorative state. We’ll pair this with a breath practice to support mind–heart coherence, encouraging a deeper connection to our inherent potential and infinite nature.

This December we’ll practice the Kriya for Elevation, a sequence that clears stagnation and supports a grounded, uplifted state. We’ll pair it with a Meditation for the Heart, Energy, and Radiance to encourage emotional openness, confidence, and an inner glow.

December invites us to slow our internal pace rather than rush toward January with pressure or expectation.  As we move toward Summer Solstice, the brightest point of the year,  we use this seasonal momentum to refine how we support ourselves from within. This month, we focus on strengthening the Radiant Body, the 10th body in Kundalini Yoga, and the qualities connected to it: courage, creativity, and confidence.

Instead of urgency, we move toward the new year with the understanding that we don’t need everything figured out before we begin, confidence grows when the foundation is ready, not rushed. We let go of the idea that we must already be somewhere specific before stepping forward. Instead, we meet the unknown with tools, practices, and a grounded internal rhythm, allowing direction to form with greater clarity when the body, mind, and heart are aligned.
