If you’ve been curious about Kundalini Yoga but not quite sure where to start, this is a space for you.

This three-hour immersion for women, offers a gentle yet powerful introduction to a somatic, transformative practice that works through breath, movement, meditation and sound. Kundalini Yoga supports and nourishes the nervous and glandular systems while also connecting you to the whole self, both physical and metaphysical. It can bring more energy, focus and emotional steadiness, along with a deeper connection to your intuition, confidence and vitality.

No previous yoga experience is needed. You don’t need to be flexible, fit or familiar with any of the practices. This space is designed for those who are completely new, as well as those who feel called to begin again from the foundations.

You won’t just learn what the practice is, you’ll feel what it does in your body.

This practice is an invitation into a new way of meeting yourself and your life.
